F3 Grand Forks is one region within the F3 Nation, a nationwide network of free, peer-led, outdoor fitness groups that are committed to the physical, mental, and spiritual growth of men. Founded in 2011, F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith, and our mission is simple: to help men become the best versions of themselves by fostering a sense of community and accountability.

We believe that a true leader is not only strong in body, but also in mind and spirit. That’s why our workouts are just one part of the equation.
